    I would say:  2 tsp would be adequate. There are .166 oz in a teaspoon  - and-  1 gram = .035 oz.


    So, speaking exactly, 2 tsp = .332 ounces, but I don't think your recipe will miss the .0018 ounce. Happy cooking.
