Call a divorce attorneyand make an appointment.  The first consultation is usually free but check first.

Divorce.RocketLawyer.com  .  Also at your local court house you can get papers from a clerk and also assistance with any questions you might have.  I just did this and the whole divorce only cost me about $170.00.  Mine was uncontested and I was able to serve papers to save the fee.
