How do you access the internet without a web browser?

it only has downloadable apps like a smart phone but no web browser.
These TV's are just too new to me. I do not understand them. In your owners manual, in the trouble shooting area, there should be a telephone number for support. Call it and ask one of their techs. He/she should be able to answer this.
