Yes at least in the USA. Every job site has to give a woman an opportunity to do the job advertised for.

in every trade or on the job... they have one iron worker women, one painter women, one carpenter women but no labor women... do that job have to have a labor women like the other trades...

Yes a former union guy i know this for fact I know it used to be 10% but that was a few years ago. i'm sure by now they bumped that up to a higher percentage exactly what i'm not so sure but in my opinon it should be more after all it a whole new world women should have a fare shot at this....
