        You can save the file in many formats.  But you must have 2012 to do it..  So if your application is 2007, send it to the person that sent it  to you and tell them to convert it.


        Save as: 


        select--- save as excel 2007   (or something similar)

          Mr.Vinny I have excel 2012 but when save as file in another type like 2003 or xls is not open in excel 2007.
