    it tells me to go to the wrench tool on google but does not tell me how to repair the unresponsiveness

      Ctrl + Alt + Del will open your task manager. You can end task on the unresponsive pages there. This will allow you to open them again and they should be responsive then. Try not to have too many programs open at one time. This should limit the unresponsive programs.
