If it is someones else's property, i don't think that person would be too happy, what if they need access in or out of their garage.Common sense tells you not to block entrance ways, driveways etc.It is illegal.

I have permission from owner as he does not use the garage and he is away all day. I would not park without permission. Would the owner be allowed to park his car there?
