      That is an interesting question.  On an "old fashioned" vital sign sheet there may be an area to place height and weight or you can write it in an open space.  On a computer, you may not be able to add it on the V.S. page.  If you are unable to, you can place it in a note.  If it is important for everyone to know you can also place it on the front of the chart.
