If there is no income and you have ~0~ assets then yes. If you have cash assets, I believe they will leave $1,500.00 and take the rest. I think this is how it works. If my memory serves me.. I think they leave a small amount in your name to bury you although I don't think 1500 will even pay for the urn to put your ashes in anymore.
