For those of us who may not know, what is "ABN" and "L&D"?

Sorry about that, got a bit carried away in Australia a ABN is a Australian Business Number this is given out by the Taxation Office. To be able to carry out your business this is a necessity.
L&D means Learning and Development. In this instance would be for Business.
