              Vision, Passion, Commitment, Belief in self and business. Along with A sound business Plan, Capital funds to make it happen and also enough to get you thru the establishment period. A Mentor to  assist in L&D. Necessary skills, Education, Accreditations. Networks and list goes on.


              Financial knowledge, and ABN just to start the ball rolling, and did I mention self discipline.

                Sorry about that, got a bit carried away in Australia a ABN is a Australian Business Number this is given out by the Taxation Office. To be able to carry out your business this is a necessity.

                L&D means Learning and Development. In this instance would be for Business.
