    2/7 x 3/7     multiply the numerators   2 x 3 = 6.
    Multiply the denominators   7 x 7 = 49
    The answer is 6/49
Multiplying and dividing fractions do not need like denominators.  Adding and subtracting must have common denominators.
To divide  2/7 by 3/7       2/7 X 7/3    (Notice the inversion and change to multiplication)
