It's due for servicing so get it serviced. There could be an issue with the engine or computer. Why guess? Take it in for servicing.

Thanks Colleen but living in the country, not easy to get a service when you want one. Have to wait until I can get time off at the same time as I can get a service.

Well, it's your choice. The engine light is telling you something and unless it's hooked up to a computer to find out what, it's anyone's guess. You're taking a chance of a breakdown that will force you to take some days off work.
