        check all the buttons...water level,small wash, large, xlarge?  Did you set the water for cool/hot \


        or other choices?  When the was start to come in. close the lid and it should start.

          Have you looked at all the settings for, small,large,xlg.  wash?  Did you set the water for low,fast,etc.


          Did you set it for cold/warm or warm/hot:?  When it machines starts to fill, close the lid"
