      If the fuses are good you need a test light to see if you got juice at the radio itself , also you might want to check for a bad ground wire , if your test lights works at the radio, sorry to say your radio might just be junk..

        the problem will be in the radio unit itself since you have done the basics. outside the radio there is nothing else to check or do.sometimes by tapping on the unit may come back on for a while.
