what should i do if i forgot my alternate yahoo email password ?

i changed my password becase i changed it many times , then i forget it , but when i try send messeges it still receives , and but i couldnt login , is necessary to remember the Your secret answer on 2 questions, so I remember 1answer only and I could not remember second , then i choose it as an alternate email may i could to open it,
