      Go to the court house and ask, they'll send you to the room to fill out the proper pw, then you'll have to go to court..........

        You have two choices.  Choice A is you want the tenant out and don't want him/ her back.  Therefore you serve them a 30 day eviction notice.


        choice B is you want your money and want them to pay you in 7 days or go to court to try and get it.


        therefore a 7 day notice to quit is what you want.  Both types of eviction notices are available online and at your district court house.
