    How many women in the US are graduating this year with doctorates?

    Would like to know the number of Women in the US who are graduating with Doctorates or at least a post graduate degree.

      A total of 67,716 doctoral degrees were awarded in the 2008-09 academic year.  Of those 52.3% were to women.
