The first thing is to make sure your volume is not turned completely down and/or in "Mute" mode. If you are running Windows, there should be a speaker icon at the lower- right of your screen. Second would be to plug earphones into your earphone jack and see if you have it there. Your audio system may be defective, which would require a technician to fix.
