Run for president! Apparently being president of the united states gives you all the money you want to spend. 

 GWB spending was 1.66 billion per day  (of course he is blamed for all the debt)

And this doesn't include his 400K pay check

In this day and time, that would be impossible.  The best you could hope for is a billionaire.  However, hard work, excellent advisors, a product or service that people need and a lot of luck will help you on your way.
