If you made two accounts, one gust and one as admin, you have to delete guest account or u can log in by admin account, these can be accomplished from control panel and then User Accounts part but if you manipulate permission parts and u dont have two accounts u can right click on your hard drives-properties-security and there u can give full control to whoever u want : ]
Sometimes right click on program's set up and run as Administrator will solve the problem,too.
