(save as) Word 97~2003
Open the document in your 2007, then resave it in 2003 document-- Look for 'Save as'.. Then select the above.
I am assuming you are wanting to send to someone that has the old 2003.
You can't back your 2007 to 2003 applicanion. Why would anyone want to do that? The above instructions are for saving a document to 2003
