sounds like your diabetes might be out of control. are any of your meds diruetics? mine (lasix) has caused me to pee on myself a couple of times.

You need to talk to and be honest with an urologist, I don't know that having type II diabetes has anything to do with the problem............

iT`S PROBABLY STESS INCONTINENCE,,,,COMES TO ALL US LADIES AND NIL TO BE ASHAMED OF!...ask your nurse re tena lady or other pads...they and o`s do stronger ones for nite time!...It may be wose on laughing or coughing(DONT STOP LAUGHING!!!...when we get older or for o reasons we sometimes cant control our pelvic floor or bladder as we`d jike to...DONT OUT IT OFF FROM DRINKING PLENTY OF FLUIDS...THOUGH CAN BE HELPFUL TO CUT FLUIDS DOWN SEVERAL HRS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED!....!...if it continues to worry chat with your practice nuRse or gp!...BUT DO TRY NOT TO WORRY!!!

Millie ---and sneezing. I'm a victim of this problem, b/c of my hysterectomy . No support for bladder.

leaking urine is one of the unpleasant features of diabetes. But, you should see a urologist to make sure your urinary tract is ok.
