Changing an rtf file to a doc file can be done in a few ways:
1) by doing as follows: running Microsoft Word and opening the rtf file by word. Then clicking the 'File' menu and choosing 'Save As…', on the 'Save as type' box chiise 'Word Document'. Then enter the name you wish to name the file.
2) you may also download a software that convert rtf files to doc files such as the software that can be found at the following link:

3) you may also convert rtf to doc on line at sites such as the following ones:
