    how do i bleed the coolant system on a 2000 grand am v6

    there are two bleeding screw on the engine that look like brass in color. open  the one above the water pump while the engine is running and wait until all air is out and then do the same with the second one on the thermostat housing. for me i tend to remove one of the heater hoses off until coolant comes out. it is a little faster this way.
