      School Superintendent. Make sure you have excellent proof for your claims. This is someone's career at stake and if he has a family, they will suffer. Are you sure your son is not too sensitive? That you as the parent aren't too sensitive? I ask this for you to ask yourself.

        Whoever is in charge...School Principal and superintendent, Parks and Recreation Manager..etc.  If you are truly concerned have your son play on another team.

          Start by making a police report.  Make sure your son is there so he can answer any questions the officer might need to ask.
