There is no reason why you should not buy any number of any shares, but penny shares are very risky. Best to buy blue chips like Royal Dutch Shell, Vodaphone, and Glaxo Smith Kline and get the dividends. There are scammers who send invitationson-line to buy penny shares just to pump up the price of worthless shares.
