      Have your pancreas checked out. This has been happening to my housemate for quite a while now and his pancreas is bad. Not to be wishing you ill, just get yourself checked out.........

        Could be flu or food poisoning. Best to see a physician ifrthe symptoms persist.

          Just once?  Did you throw up or have watery BMs????  There is a stomach virus going around here- only lasts about a day.  If this is an ongoing prob. see your Doc.
