    All DETAILS CORRECT still will not accept!!! How do you get rid of question marks !!!!!!!!

    There will be NO 2nd card holder!!! Cannot get rid of unessary Qustion marks!! PLEASE HELP!!!

      We are not your bank. We don't care about question marks, except after questions. Why didn't you use them when you asked your er question? This is akaqa we answer general questions with question marks. You need to contact your bank.
