      width is 37 length is 66        37X2+66X2=206

        Just stumble upon this question.
        Did you do it this way?

        Set up two equations:

        L = Length
        W = Width

        2L + 2W = 206
        L = W + 29

        Solve for W

        2(W + 29) + 2W = 206
        2W + 58 + 2W = 206
        4W + 58 = 206
        4W + 58 - 58 = 206 - 58
        4W = 148
        4W/4 = 148/4
        W = 37

        Solve for L. Use either equation

        L = W + 29
        L = 37 + 29
        L = 66

        L = 66
        W = 37

        P = 66*2 + 37*2 = 206
