What exercises can Ido to build up my fitness and stamina, but I suffer from DDD?
I am in constant pain, I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease, I've had surgery to replace 2disc's in my neck, but it is now in my pelvis, I have to wear a brace to help me walk, but I want to build up my strength, any ideas to help me with this, that won't cause too much pain in my bones. THANKS!
