I've heard tobacco is good for worms, if you can get the cat to congest it. I don't know how much or how often.  Instead, go to a vet though I know that cost................

Food grade diatomaceous earth. You can find it in garden centers or feed stores. add 1/2 tsp to  1 tsp. to theire wet food (DT has to be moist, before giving it to your cat} for a couple weeks. It has been used on dogs as well as farm animals.

I cannot understand the reason for this question - there are treatments for treatments of round worm and tape worm on the market in the UK and I am sure where ever you are, Here in the UK the drug is called DRONTAL. All cats and dogs can contract these worms and can't remember exactly at 4am in the morning but can cause an eye problem in children.
