with the key on , you should see battery voltage at the fuel pump or about 12 volts. have a test light or volt meter is better to the fuel pump 12v wire and see if you have battery voltage for about 2 seconds with key on and also while cranking. most of the time it will be the fuel pump at fault. hardly ever the relay or eng. control module.
