            There are many solar system, in the universe even in our own galaxy, however there are eight planets in ours. and pluto was disqualified as a planet?

              there are 8 planets in the our solar system, mercury, venus, earth, mars, jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune and 1 dwarf planet called pluto.
