cut out sweets, sugars,etc. every morning start out walking briskly for 10 minutes, then jog as long as u can stand it, slow down to walking again briskly...total time at least a good 45 minutes...do this again at night, build up to three times a day..do not eat 2 to 3 hours before bed time:)
