    Minton pattern B283

I have half a dozen saucers incised "Minton" on their reverse with the incised date code for October of 1873, and the hand painted pattern number B283. There is also an incised F or E . I've been unable to find other references to the pattern, nor photos of other pieces. Does anyone have any further thoughts or information on the pattern ? Any information would be very much appreciated.  The link below is to a Photobucket album of photos of the saucers
