      It works both ways. someone going to cross a road but misjudge traffic .You see it "but cant react to stop them to far.So you "Shout !! Stop they hear you .If you tried to run across .You and that person could be "Killed. ? some one fall into a "River then "Action comes to rescue them "If you can swim? It is know some people have lost there lives By "Action not thinking just instinct.ACT when its safe to do so.no loss of life.There is a saying I like ."THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD"No loss of life.
