    4. I worked with the usa passport agency and now i work for the usa post office. Can i use both years from these two jobs and gain my retirement years together to retire from the usa post office with the service i also did with the usa passport agency. Since they both are government jobs i just want to know can i combine both jobs years together for retirement from the post office.

      You can ask them.Just don't go postal if they say NO!
