Even if you could find the material u need to study for the exam for free, how do you know its up to date information on codes and laws.ect... Or even the correct material for yor specific County and state.... The best thing is to look into state universitys online courses and exams, its not free but you might quilify for state aide or grants ect..Or like an ITT tech school might have the information for a small fee..
