      I do not believe that he gets to make that decision. I think that it is the campaigners trying to get him re-elected.

          I read the article to which Colleen refers us.  I have two questions:


          1.  Who pays for this stuff (and I don't care if it's John, Barack, or Mickey Mouse)?
          2.  Is there somewhere we can donate funds for targets to be painted on most of these candidates' planes?
