This is a good question to ask yourself. Look in the mirror and ask your reflection. If you find you do not like the person in the mirror, change yourself.

In my culture we like to meet with a smile, then a little information such as “My name is Robert…” and a polite question of mutual respect and interest such as, “….and what is your name?” Then we begin a conversation toward a broader understanding of one another. Such as, “ I am an American citizen and I see by your name that you are perhaps on-line in an Islamic country. Is there a subject with which you have a particular interest that I may also share?
