I am having Problems with this website. I get "Internet Explorer cannot display this Website"

I also want to know why my Files and Icons are accessible on this site under Profile Pictures? How did it get there?

I have tried to answer Eds message three times, it finally worked. But it still shows error message on this website. Why is all my desktop information on this site?
