It depends on exactly who the letter is posted to. I doubt this request will be acknowledged if the receiver is expected to accomplish the chore of researching archived material for a total stranger aka someone who is not the boss aka you.You can research this one yourself by going to the archives (wherever these are in proximity to you is beyond me) and delving into it...meticulously...laboriously...eyes aching from reading so many handwritten and archaically typed documents seeking these records.
