        He did not,Communism raised  438 b.c. Actual Communist founder was Lycurgas Athenian, Who claimed to be a Spartan for political reasons. Was first to have rich and poor eat at one table. Allowed noone to travel outside the country except himself.Had Women and Men sleep separatly.Did away with any type of Money or Trade. Made children property of the State, Tossed the Physically weak into  a crevice.Issued Figs,Wine, Wheat,Olives,Oil,And goat Cheese, Much like the communist systems of today.
