You never know what you have until you lose it, and once you lose it, you can never get it back.Love is like falling down... in the end you're left hurt, scarred, and with a memory of it forever. Sometimes the memories are worth the pain. Sometime you just have to hold your head up high, blink away the tears and say good-bye.

Uh oh..."broken heart" sounds pretty serious....depending on the "issue", there may be no going back.  If she can no longer trust you, it probably means it's over.

Depends how broke her heart is, ask her how you can mend it, if she says it has been shattered, well that is something that cannot be fixed.

If it is the first time you have behaved badly then there is a chance she will forgive you in time. If it's something as serious as cheating whilst in a relationship with her, some women find this non-negotiable. You may have irreperably broken the bond of trust with her. Only time will tell and as Ed said, sometimes people don't realize what they had, until it is lost.
