        Well it's the best answer you're going to get. Apparently no one has ever tried eating them as there's nothing on the internet about eating them. This is what you get for asking cheap help. We are volunteers, not paid answer givers. Use your internet if you want a better answer. It is a silly question in my mind. Sucker eggs are bait for other fish. If you want to try eating them, go for it. I don't imagine they will harm you. Caviar is fish eggs. Sucker fish eggs would be a cheap version of caviar in my mind. Good for the poor man who can not afford caviar.
