Here in the ?Great UK...We have the abbreviation COPD...which reads as CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY(lungs) Disease...(USED TO BE CALLED COAD...chronic obstructive AIRWAYS disease... Which can be reduced lung or airways capacity..due to illness such as longterm BRONCHITIS..ASTHMA...FLUID ON THE LUNGS(often from heart not coping to full capacity)...many number of causes..but basically can be exacerbated(MADE WORSE) by smoking, chest infections...its basically a restriction of Oxygen to the lungs...which needs medical attention and regular monitoring!...(a bit garbled answer..but I hope that somewhat helps explain it a bit)!!:-¬

    All the best,millie xx

    Could you mean:  CPOD....................?

I THINK it means: Cardio Pulmonary Obstructive Disorder or the "C" could mean something else. It's a breathing disorder, non-curable, only treatable.............

    Please call off dogs..
