      Apply for a copy at the Office of the "Clerk of the Courts;" WBMS


      As to instituting a law suit.  One can sue anyone, for anything.


      The question always must be, can I prevail in a court of law?

        its a win win situation. i i paid him at the end of january, to file a habeas. its now april, he hasnt done anything. i truly dont know whats wrong with people these days!!!!!!!!!! what ever happen to doing whats right or at least what you were paid for.
