    How do you kill mullberry trees that keep coming up in my yard?

    this is northern Illinois.

    You will need some "Glyphosate" based poison.The leaves need to be fully developed before you apply it but you should see some results within a week.A second & third application may be necessary. BE WARNED! Glyphosate takes no prisoners.It kills everything.So if you have any prize shrubs....protect them.Glyphosate should be available from any hardware or nursery.

    Thank you , Tommy. I've got the same problem as China Bob. They grow everywhere in my yard; and as soon as you cut them down, they grow back up again. I used to like the berrys, but even they aren't coming out anymore.One of the mul trees grew so high, it was running into the overhead wires !

    Try pouring a bottle of turpentine around the root areas. Do it once a week for three weeks.
