    arrange from least to greatest.


    The number before the decimal point is the whole number. It is in the "ones" value spot. Look for the least whole number.  >  2,  0,  23


    0.23 is the least number.


    2.3 is the second least.  You can also write 2.3 as 2.30 to keep all the number digits even.


    23.0 is the greatest number.


    So, 2.3,  0.23,  23.0, from least to greatest is:


    0.23,  2.3,  23.0
