      Don't put spice on the crawfish, they're tasty enough with a little salt and pepper only.

        Exactly! I love eating anything like this without the hot spices.

        Yeah, but they are a major component to Cajun cuisine and as such, there must be spice!  If you can't stand the heat, do not eat Cajun food!
